20 Delicious Brownie Recipes

Confession time, I have a severe sweet tooth and love for brownies. At least once a month or more I'll send my husband to the store for a box of brownies late at night. I can avoid most desserts but never ever can I deny a brownie. This has always been the case too. I often pass up desserts at parties because I don't necessarily care for them. I know that's not normal at all, but when it comes to brownies I'm weak. So it's only fitting that I would create a pinterest board with over 100 pins just for brownies, Beyond the Traditional Brownie. With that said, I had to create a round up with some of my very favorite recipes. Warning: this post may just make you need to make brownies!

Hot Fudge Pie In honor of Chocolate Day, I am making Hot Fudge Pie! It is the easiest thing ever to make! 1 stick butter, softened 1 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 3 Tablespoons cocoa powder 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup all purpose flour. Preheat oven to 350. Cream butter and sugar with electric mixer until light and fluffy about 3 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla and mix in well. Add cocoa powder, salt and flour and stir until well combined. Grease a 8" pie plate with butter or Pam. Pour mixture in pie plate. Bake for 30 -35 minutes until center is set. If you like , you can dust with powdered sugar and serve with a side of whipped cream or vanilla ice cream!
